Discovering what shapes our experience and how we can transform our lives
An FDCW Program
Tuesdays, 6 – 7:30pm, April 20 – May 11 (4 sessions)
Unlocking Your Potential is a new 6-hour course that came from ‘The Art of Fulfillment’ program created by the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW). The course focuses on how conditioning shapes the experiences in our lives and ultimately how this influences our actions. This class will teach useful tools that facilitate deeper reflection on our own potential and help us learn how we can find fulfillment and meaning in our life.
This course will help you to:
- Explore the lifelong process of conditioning influencing you in this moment
- Understand how conditioning influences our experiences and interactions, and how this may support or limit our potential
- Learn how to reflect on, and unlock, our full potential
The Art of Fulfillment program is a 30-hour course created by the FDCW, an organization committed to Lama Yeshe’s vision of “Universal Education”. It is rooted in the Buddhist philosophy and psychology and is supported by scientific research, Western philosophy and psychology, as well as other wisdom traditions.
It was developed by an international team with academic-level expertise in Buddhism, Western philosophy and psychology, contemporary science and experiential learning methodology.
With course readings, lecture, guided meditation and discussion. With FPMT teacher Justin Jenkins, M.A.
