Amidst growing violence worldwide, including the war in Ukraine, more mass shootings at home, and the seeming evisceration of civil liberties throughout our communities, where do we turn for relief?
Join us and our partner center Lama Yeshe House online each Monday evening in August as Geshe Sherab, a beloved teacher throughout the world, shows us how to train our minds towards optimism and kindness, even during the most challenging of times.
Geshe Sherab’s precise, pragmatic and accessible teaching style helps us restore tranquility, strengthen stability, and trust the dharma to cope with today’s tumultuous times.
Held via Zoom. All are welcome.
$50 for entire program, $15 per session.
Partial attendance okay. No one turned away for lack of funds.
