Discovering Buddhism: Establishing a Daily Practice with Ven. Palmo (August 26, 2018-October 7, 2018)
By maintaining a daily Dharma practice, we can create the causes for a more peaceful and healthier mind enabling us to be of benefit to others. We’ll learn the tools to help strengthen our most positive qualities while diminishing the ones that lead us to dissatisfaction. We’ll also learn how to build a daily practice and how to skillfully cope in difficult situations. Ven. Palmo will guide us in various meditations throughout the course, teaching us techniques that we can use at home. Each class will allow plenty of time for Q & A with Ven. Palmo.
Schedule – 6 week course
The time for each class will be 10:00-11:30AM Pacific Time.
**Online live streaming will be available if unable to attend in person. Please contact Amanda (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
